I am just a regular guy that got screwed over by people that have forgotten about the little guy. So I decided to do something about it, to get the message out there that hey, "WE ARE THE PEOPLE THAT PAY YOUR BILLS AND KEEP YOU IN BUSINESS!"
I have spent about 40,000 dollars at Lowes the past couple of years, and got treated as if I do not matter. They screwed up on an installation, and when I call to see what can be done about it, I am told good luck. I then go into the store to see if I can get it fixed, and again told good luck.
I remember a time when people took pride in their work, and because they were attached to the work, they actually did a good job. Now they are allowed to not put all of the screws in the hinges, not to complete the job, and the consumer is the one that pays the price. This is not good business. This is not what we are paying for, so why are we settling?
I stand with the little people that have gone too long without a voice, and just accepted that this is the way it is. It does not have to be!
